Jack Snedigar serves as President / Broker-in-Charge of Spectrum Commercial Properties, LLC, an independent real estate and commercial brokerage company formed in Greenville, South Carolina, in 2007.  Additionally, Snedigar formed SPECTRUM Commercial Property Management and SPECTRUM Commercial Development.

SPECTRUM is a key partner to KENTWORLDWIDE DEVELOPMENT, serving as KWWD's corporate engine.  As part of that formal alliance, SPECTRUM actively acquires, develops, and manages new and existing properties on behalf of KENTWORLDWIDE DEVELOPMENT.

Prior to the launch of Spectrum Commercial Properties, Snedigar enjoyed a distinguished career in the real estate industry, serving in prominent roles for US Shelter, The Insignia Financial Group, and Prudential Commercial Real Estate / C. Dan Joyner Company.

During his tenure with US Shelter in the 1980s, Snedigar was responsible for commercial construction projects in the Carolinas and Georgia, prior to being promoted to an Asset Management position.  In that role, he was responsible for 32,000 apartment units and over one million square feet of commercial property in six states. When Insignia Financial Group purchased the assets of US Shelter Corporation, Snedigar remained in the Senior Asset Manager role, and he was an integral team member in growing the corporate portfolio to more than 320,000 apartment units and 5 million square feet of commercial space nationwide.

As a top real estate broker for C. Dan Joyner for many years, Snedigar was consistently recognized for his exemplary performance, including his attainment of the "Chairman's Circle Gold Level" in 2006, as one of Prudential's top 5% producers in the nation.

Jack graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1975.  He lives in Greenville with his wife Kathy, and has two sons.
